I did not receive my Neopoints back even though I did not win the auction.

If you did not receive your Neopoints back from an auction you did not win, please check if the auction has actually processed or not as the servers will sometimes be delayed several minutes or even hours.

I did not receive the item that I won in an auction and my Neopoints are gone.

If you have not received the item that you had the winning bid for, you may need to check if:

1) You were indeed the actual auction winner: sometimes, even though it may show you as the top bidder, there may be a delay in the processing of bids, and you may not have actually won the auction.

2) The auction has actually processed: Sometimes the servers will be delayed several minutes or even hours.

I lost items from a glitch!

If you believe you have been victimized by a glitch on the site that caused your item(s) to disappear, please report the problem To the Neopets Team and give as much information as possible.

Things that would be helpful when reporting the glitch are:

- Approximate day and time (in NST if possible) when this occurred
- The URL of where this occurred
- What item(s) you lost
- A brief descirption of what happened: what you were doing, anything that will help us pinpoint the problem.


Just a reminder, there is no guarantee that your lost item(s) will be replaced.

I sold an item via auctions, and the auction has closed, but I still have not received my Neopoints yet.

Sometimes the auction servers get backed up due to a high volume of auctions, which may cause a delay of several minutes or sometimes even hours for an auction to be processed.

You can check to see if your auction has been processed by seeing if it is still in the auction house.

Also, a neomail notification should be sent to you shortly after an auction is processed so keep an eye out for that as well.

If you do not see the item you auctioned in the "my auctioned items" area, and you have not received a neomail regarding your item, please fill out the form below giving as much specific information about the auction as possible.

When I try to put an item in auction, I get a pop up telling me that my item doesn't qualify.

If you tried to auction an item and received this message:

Sorry, ________ is too cheap to put on the auction.
Only items that sell for roughly 200 NP or more qualify.



It is because we now only allow items that average higher than 200 neopoints in value (based on the shop wizard average) to be auctioned.

You can check on the value of your item at the shop wizard

This change will allow the auction system to run much smoother but don't worry, there are a couple alternative ways you can still sell your item!

Other ways you can sell your item are by selling the item in your shop or by using the trading post!
